Beginning with award-winning sauces, marinades, and rubs – he now creates wholesome, chef-inspired meals for all types of occasions.
Before emigrating to the United States and starting his own business, he was head chef at Jamrock Sports Bar & Grill – an internationally known hot-spot in Kingston.
A graduate of the Culinary Arts with further education in Political Science; Cordel has extensive experience hosting cooking demonstrations and opening new stores for Fortune 100 companies.
